The Cell Bank has announced procedures and guidelines for qualification of a tissue donor. According to the Polish law, these procedures must be followed, however, they are complicated and demand completing a number of forms.

Defining a user access level is supported by the application, as well as automatic reports generation. The data stored in the application is protected from unauthorised modifications, which ensures its authenticity and correctness.

diCELLa transplant EXPERT is adapted for cooperation (transfer of tissues and cells between medical entities and banks) with TISSUE BANKS AND CELLS (in accordance with the Act on the collection, storage and transplantation of cells, tissues and organs) and ADVANCED PRODUCTS OF ADVANCED THERAPY (ATMP) (in the thought of the Pharmaceutical Law Act).
Permission levels in the diCELLa transplant EXPERT system
- Staff - people who are employees of the hospital, but do not have sufficient rights to decide on the health of the patient and the tissue.
- Doctor - hospital employees with medical qualifications.
- Manager - project manager covering the collection of tissues, who in addition to all the powers of the above groups has access to the administrative panel, where he can change, among others system users and manage its accounts, tissues available for download in the system or data of the hospital and entities cooperating with it.
