Data usage

The mobile application provides the ability to record measurement data taken by our measuring instruments, process it for report creation, and integrate measurement values and other data into the report. All data downloaded from the end device, and the use of this data, are only for the report generator.
The mobile application, in an automatic manner, collects so-called system logs (including date and time of visit, IP address, data on the mobile device, operating system, and its version), used for the purposes of service server administration, application debugging, and statistics.

Data and location access

Our mobile application has access to the user's location. The location is used to determine the location of the phone and search for the nearest measuring station. In addition, the application allows saving data on the local memory / SD memory card, if necessary. This allows storing selected data (measurement values, reports, photos, and other data). All data of the application is stored only locally on the device or SD card unless these data are consciously transferred to another device by the user. In addition, in order for all functions to work properly, the application requires network communication, full access to the Internet and Wi-Fi, access to external memory, and access to system tools, in order to prevent going into sleep mode.

Services of third parties

In addition to providing services directly by us, we also use third-party service providers with their own privacy policies. We operate all third-party services in confidence and consider these services necessary for the proper operation of the mobile application. If you would like to learn more about the services we use in connection with our services, below are the names of the applications and links to their privacy policies.
